Production equipment are the important part that mention in GMP requirement must be designed to permit effective cleaning and maintenance in order to avoid cross contamination, build up of dust or dirt and any adverse effect on the quality of product and should be met user requirement specification (URS), Validation of the equipment must be performed to verify or prove it meet the requirements The template of URS will provided to make attendances understand better.

Pharmaceutical equipment and high purify water systems must be designed so that product contact surfaces   must not be reactive additive, or absorptive to an extent that would effect the quality of the product. The materials used for construction are primary composed of stainless steel due to their corrosion resistant and contaminate free properties.

This seminar will provide you the basic knowledge about stainless steel and how to maximize the metal's corrosion resistance by mean of passivity and the proper installation to prevent corrosion.
