Workshop : Risk Based Approach

3rd February 2009

Time:  9:00-16:30

Ambassador Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand

All companies face at some time the difficulties of managing deviations, incidents, mistakes or unplanned events that occur somewhere in the operation.  We know that GMP requires that every deviation must be:

  • Documented
  • Fully investigated
  • Risk assessed
  • Root cause identified

But often resources are limited, people are busy and there's often high pressure to make quick decisions. This highly interactive workshop will provide participants with the practical skills necessary to manage quality Incidents and deviations using a risk based approach.

Participants are invited to bring examples of incidents or deviations as case studies to be used in the workshop should they wish.Because the workshop is practical, attendance will be limited to 30 participants.  Note that if the event is oversubscribed we will consider repeating the programme at a future date.

Seminar Speaker (The presentation will be in English)

Ms. Linda Ambrose, Director, Ambrose Consulting Ltd.
